It's almost Wednesday

This past weekend went way too fast. Went out to the Riverdogs game Saturday. The weather couldn't have been nicer. The game started at 7:05 and we had seats right behind the dugout along the 3rd base line so the sun was hitting us but only for about 30 minutes. Then the sunset and the breezee kicked in. Nothing like a Charleston sunset. I finally finished up my chairs on Sunday to go with my kitchen table. All I have left to do is buy some chair pads for them. I saw a whole wall dedicated to chair pads at World Market (I'll be heading there Friday after work).

Sunday I'm having the family over for Fathers Day. I asked my dad for some suggestions as to what he would like for dinner. I thought I would get the typical "I don't need dinner. Save your money" but he actually gave me a few suggestions. Exciting. We are going to be having steaks, macaroni cheese, green beans, salad, bread (of course it's dinner for my dad) and I'm going to bake a cake.

NKOTBSB is getting closer and closer. Only 8 more days (7 until I leave for Atlanta).

So my next DIY project is going to be a jewelry board. I've seen some really cute pictures when i googled "jewelry boards". It looks super easy and my jewelry box could definitly use some organization.

Oh and here is a little picture of Dodger. He wasn't feeling good this weekend. I think he protests the weekends b/c it interferes with his sleeping routine.
